Products: HiveDeck sells digital AI agent packages — downloadable ZIP files containing configuration, scripts, and documentation. Delivered via instant digital download.

License: Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license. You may not redistribute, resell, or share product files. One purchase = one user.

Refunds: All sales are final. No returns.

Intellectual Property: All products are the intellectual property of HiveDeck. Purchasing grants a license to use, not ownership.

No Warranty: Products are provided "as is." We test with OpenClaw and document compatibility in each README.

Liability: HiveDeck's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Support: support@hivedeck.ai — 48 business hour response time. Covers installation issues and product defects.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
